Summer School 

At Allied Healthcare Mentor, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and circumstances may arise that prevent you from participating on the Summer School. However, we encourage all students to ensure that they are committed to pursuing an Allied Healthcare career before enrolling. Please note that Summer School deposits are non-refundable beyond the 14 day cooling off period when registering.

If you wish to cancel please let us know in writing via the contact form. Any refunds that we receive within 6 – 3 months of the start date will receive a 50% refund, minus the deposit. 

Refunds received within 3 -2 months of the start date will receive 25% refund minus the deposit.

Unfortunately, cancellations made within 2 months of the start date cannot be refunded as expenses such as food, accommodation, books, and teaching have already been paid for. Additionally, as we hold your place and cannot offer it to another student at such short notice, we are unable to offer a refund in the case of travel issues or local restrictions preventing attendance. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Refunds in cases of event cancellation will entitle customers to a full refund that will be processed within 2 weeks, customers will be notified via email with specific details.

Virtual Work Experience

We are happy to provide a full refund of your work experience event ticket, if we receive your cancellation request in writing via our General Enquiries Form within 3 days of your original booking.

Any cancellations which occur after 3 days will not be refunded, therefore please read the information on the work experience page carefully and ensure that the AHP career that you are interested in is featured in the work experience live event.

Please note that we cannot accept cancellation requests via phone call, voice message, text or slack message. You must notify us of your cancellation in writing via our General Enquiries Form
