Allied Health Mentor is a national healthcare organisation run by health professionals based across the UK.  We have a network of over 2500 schools and assist students to obtain high fidelity work experience and access to useful resources about healthcare careers. So whether you are thinking about nursing, midwifery, occupational therapy or any other healthcare career, you can start your journey here with Allied Healthcare Mentor

Allied Healthcare Mentor is part of the Mentorverse, alongside Medic Mentor (for doctors), Vet Mentor (for vets) and Dental Mentor (for dentists).  Collectively, we are the UK’s largest medical community supporting students to pursue their desired careers in healthcare.

We are committed to providing high quality educational and careers resources to help successful students obtain offers to university and apprenticeships. 

We are a social enterprise and reinvest proceeds back into the organisation to create even more incredible resources to support our students to successfully navigate healthcare careers and the application process.

Trying to make a decision about which healthcare career to pursue can be a daunting task.  There is a lot overlap within careers and it is crucial to make an informed decision in order to make a successful application to university or apprenticeships.  It is also essential for leading a happy and fulfilling professional life in future.  All allied healthcare careers work together as part of a multidisciplinary team.  Joining our Allied Healthcare community will put you directly in touch with healthcare professionals and other students who are also on the same journey.  This will make the decision a more fun and enjoyable process, whilst ensuring that you have valuable experiences to help you make the correct decision for you, such as the virtual work experience programme.
